Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend a class if I do not work in that building? Yes, you will receive a fitness waiver and must fill this out before the class.
I booked the class but need to cancel. How do I cancel? To cancel, email kbayerl@harwoodinc.com so that we can give your spot to someone else.
Are the classes free? Yes! We are excited to launch this as our latest Harwood Perks.
Can I bring a friend who is not a District tenant? No, this is a perk strictly for Harwood District tenant use. All spots are reserved for tenants only.
Do I have to bring my own equipment (i.e. yoga mats, weights)? Equipment will be provided but if there is anything you want to bring to class, you are free to do so.
I can’t do the whole duration of the class, can I still go? Yes, come in late or leave early- the instructor still wants you to join for however long you can.
What should I wear to this?
I don’t wan’t to sit on the ground- will provide optional seating
